The Arthurian Creed



I believe in one creative, instigating, and masculine principle, whose outward symbol is the Sun, known by many titles and names, of which most sacred to us is BELINUS.
And I believe in one receptive, formative, and feminine principle, whose outward symbol is the Moon, known by many titles and names, of which most sacred to us are CREIRWY, ARIANRHOD, and CERRIDWEN.
And I believe in one regenerative, uniting, and synthesizing principle, whose outward symbol is the Hero, known by many titles and names, of which most sacred to us is ARTHUR, the Once and Future King, and I shall serve no sovereign save Him.
And, as bread and wine have from time immemorial been the symbols of the body and blood of our Lord the Sun,
I believe in the gathering of the fellowship to partake in the sacred meal.
And I believe in the Quest for the Holy Grail.
And I look forward to the reign of the Once and Future King, who shall return to Earth in our most desperate hour, to redeem the land, unite and heal us who are his people, and lead us to our final victory and everlasting peace, SO MOTE IT BE.
